Boksi has acquired Goodlife Management, one of Germany's leading talent agencies. It is our largest acquisition to date, and our third in Germany.

The thinking behind it is simple. We're building influencer marketing that runs on software and AI, and that takes both halves: the technology, and the people who know how campaigns actually work. Goodlife brings that second half, at a level you rarely find.

The official press release with all details and quotes is available here.

Great agencies, doing too much by hand

Here is what a lot of this industry still looks like in 2026. Campaigns are set up manually and reportings are assembled from screenshots, one creator at a time. And creators wait up to 60 days or longer to be paid.

It eats exactly the hours that should go into the two things an agency is actually paid for: the creative and the relationships.

That's where we come in. Our platform handles most of the work in planning, running and measuring a campaign, and it pays creators out directly through our Boksi Wallet. That frees people up for the work that actually matters: knowing which creator fits which brand, and the relationships brands trust.

"Goodlife has built something rare, a roster of genuinely excellent creators and a reputation brands trust. What we add is the platform and the technology to grow that further and faster. Putting Goodlife's talent and partnerships on top of Boksi's software is how we think the next phase of creator marketing gets built: less manual work, faster execution, and more value flowing back to creators."

Lasse Laaksonen, CEO and co-founder of Boksi

Goodlife stays Goodlife

Goodlife keeps its name, its team and its own roster, and it keeps operating from Monheim under Armin.

Together with Boksi's own exclusive talent management, that gives you two rosters, two teams, one platform underneath.

Here's the Boksi Exclusive Talent Roster

Germany is one of the largest creator marketing markets in Europe, and it still runs largely on manual work. That's why we keep investing here.

About Goodlife

Goodlife exclusively represents approximately 30 of the highest-reach beauty and lifestyle creators in the German-speaking market, with audiences between 100,000 and three million followers. It has delivered more than 1,000 brand campaigns, for clients including L'Oréal and LVMH.

Beyond campaign work, the agency builds product lines and brands together with its talent. That is a harder thing to do than renting reach, and a better sign of what a team is actually capable of.

Founded in 2017, based in Monheim am Rhein, between Düsseldorf and Cologne. It stays there.

So who is actually on the roster

The roster runs across beauty and skincare, fashion and styling, lifestyle and food, and most of its reach sits with women between 18 and 35.

Every profile is public, with current follower numbers per platform, so you can see for yourself who would fit your brand.

What changes for you as a Boksi customer

In short: you now have even more exclusive talents to choose from. Premium reach through Goodlife's talents and Boksi's exclusive talents, alongside the micro influencers and UGC you already run through Boksi. Everything else stays the way you know it.

What changes for talents

Talents on the Goodlife roster keep the same managers and the same relationships. What they gain is the technology behind them.

"For our creators and our team, this is a step up, not a change of direction, the same people and the same relationships, with a much bigger toolkit behind them. I've spent years watching my team spend hours on work that software should be doing. Boksi's AI-powered platform takes a huge amount of that off the table, campaign setup, reporting, payments, so we can put our energy where an agency actually earns its keep: the creative and the relationships."

Armin Danesh, Managing Director of Goodlife Management

The part we're most excited about is the team

Boksi started in 2018, three founders, Helsinki. Today we're around 50 people, headquartered in Helsinki with our DACH headquarters in Hamburg.

Goodlife started a year earlier. Armin's first desk in 2017 was in the attic of an 86 year old man in Cologne, who let him have the room for 50 euros a month. He sent his mother a photo of it. Nine years later, the agency he built from that attic works with L'Oréal and LVMH out of a 1,400 square metre office on the Rhine, with an 18 person team and space to grow to 40.

Those two stories are more alike than they look. Both companies were built by people who started with nothing much and were unreasonably stubborn about the work.boksi blog photo

This month the whole group met in Helsinki for the first time. Finland and Germany, platform and talent management, everyone in the same room, kicking off the season together.

Boksi

Our vision is simple: it should be easy to get involved with the creator economy. As creators ourselves, we know that getting started is the hardest and scariest part. Putting yourself out there for the world to judge takes courage. But you should always let your passion drive you. And as entrepreneurs and marketers, we know how incredible it is to see the love that fans have for brands, but tapping into that is a venture all unto itself.
