We are looking for a hungry Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team and develop industry leading new business sales practices for Boksi in Helsinki, Berlin or London.

 Key responsibilities in this role would be the hands-on development and management of international sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing new key accounts for Boksi Branded Content product.

Your tasks would include client prospecting, cold contacting, hosting client meetings and product demos, preparing and sending offers and contracts and other sales management related tasks, such as CRM efforts and arranging client onboarding with our Customer Relations team. You would report directly to Director of Growth and Operations and work in close collaboration with our management, tech, marketing and new business sales teams.

We expect you to have at least two years (2) of experience in one of the following areas: International Sales or Account Management in Marketing, Communications or Marketing Technology related industry and proven track-record of successful sales management. We appreciate passion towards self-development, social connections and content marketing and savviness with new technologies. Fluent English is a must. We hope you have a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager join our growing customer relations team and develop industry leading customer relationship management practices for Boksi.

Key responsibilities in this role would be the growth of assigned existing businesses and client satisfaction paired with the efficiency and success of our client projects and campaigns. 

Your tasks would include client onboarding, campaign management, customer service and support and other account management related tasks, such as CRM efforts and attending in client meetings. You would report directly to Head of Customer Relations and work in close collaboration with our management, tech, marketing and new business sales teams.

We expect you to have at least one year (1) of experience in one of the following areas: Content Production, Customer Relations / Account Management or Project Management position in Marketing or Communications related industry and proven track-record of successful client or project management. We appreciate passions towards, content & visual production and savviness with new technologies. Fluent English and Finnish communication skills are a must. We hope you have a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.

At Boksi.com we’re building a platform that aims to make influencer marketing more approachable for companies, and campaign participation more streamlined for influencers. We’re a small, VC-funded startup founded in June 2018, and we’re now actively hiring reinforcements to our dev team.

The bare minimum we expect from you
  • Comfortable with JavaScript

  • Experience with a modern frontend framework (e.g. Vue.js or React)

  • At least basic CSS skills

  • Experience with version control (specifically git)

  • Ability to write intelligible code

Furthermore, to qualify as a full-stack developer, we expect from you
  • Experience building REST APIs (preferably with Django, but understanding the principles is more important than the implementation)

  • Experience with SQL and relational databases

  • At least some experience with Python

  • Linux fundamentals

For the sake of transparency, the most important technologies we use are Ubuntu (18.04), Docker, nginx, Postgres, Django, Vue.js, and Amazon S3. As such, experience with any of these is beneficial.
