Growth Manager (DACH)

Boksi is a VC-funded fast-growing startup founded in Helsinki in 2018. Our platform helps companies source branded content directly from thousands of content creators effortlessly and efficiently. Leading brands like Lumene, Saaren Taika, Artdeco and Seeberger are already using Boksi, but we know we've only reached a fraction of the potential our platform has.

We’re now looking for a Growth Manager in Germany who is eager to contribute their efforts to propel Boksi towards even greater growth. Your role will primarily acquire new prospects through outbound and inbound channels and convert the prospects into growing customers from relationship and monetary standpoints. You will be working closely with our Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction and giving insights to the product team straight from the customers’ point of view.

You'll join an 13 person sales team that operates with a strong drive and celebrates both small and big successes in the fast-paced daily routine of a growing company.

Hamburg. We are an international company headquartered in Helsinki, Finland and therefore we expect you to be able to travel when needed.
Responsibilities & duties
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling/emailing, networking and social media
  • Sell Boksi by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; identifying, progressing and recommending solutions
    • Closing customer contracts and generating new sales bookings
  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends
  • Maintains relationships with prospects by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities
  • Responsible for achieving monthly targets. Targets to be set on a monthly basis by the Head of Sales and communicated in a Sales Weekly or 1:1 meeting; Boksi holds the rights to change the target amount and format
  • Complying with CRM guidelines on a daily basis
  • Forecast and track account metrics in the CRM and other company’s documentations
  • Communicating our prospects' needs to our Product team to help them find the best ways to improve our platform

What we expect from you

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in new business sales experience from influencer marketing industry
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing or other relevant field 
  • You are interested in a start-up environment and you have drive to hit targets
  • You have an understanding of social media platforms and an interest in Boksi's business
  • You enjoy proactively driving sales growth and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • You communicate fluently in both German and English – Boksi's official working language is English, but you primarily communicate with customers in German
