Your role
Your main responsibility will be to lead the development and implementation of our customer success strategy, focused on the European market, ensuring scalable solutions that drive sustainable growth.
As our Global Head of Customer Success, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing strategic customer processes to cultivate a healthy, engaged customer base that directly contributes to Boksi’s international growth.
- Providing training to ensure global processes are implemented effectively across local teams.
- Leading global initiatives to enhance customer engagement across regions.
- Measuring key performance indicators and designing & using OKRs to align the team with growth objectives, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating closely with Boksi’s leadership, product, and sales teams to craft seamless, end-to-end customer journeys that accelerate growth and maximize customer value.
- Spearheading initiatives that strengthen our global customer success framework, focusing on scalability, process optimization, and exceptional customer experiences.
A few qualities we're looking for in our ideal candidate:
- Mastery in Customer Success strategies: At least +5 years of experience in leadership roles within Customer Success and Support domains including strategic planning, implementation, and team leadership experience.
- Experience in SaaS and commercialization of complex service models and product offerings. You truly understand churn prevention strategies and don’t hesitate to take them in use!
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment: As a startup, our environment is fast-paced and evolving. We’re seeking someone who thrives in such settings, embracing and driving change.
- Proactive initiative and results-driven: You possess a natural ability to take initiative, plan independently, and deliver impressive results consistently. Customer Success is more than a role; it’s a mindset, and we’re looking for someone who embodies this philosophy.
